Joan McNulty Pulver works as an Administrative Secretary for the State of Florida but considers writing and editing to be her vocation.  She wrote the Recognitions column for T-zero - The Writers' E-zine from March 2003 through October 2006. Joan is a course developer and facilitator at Writers' Village University's "So You Want to Build a Fictional World, Do You?" course and the Acquisitions/Personnel Director and Senior Fantasy Editor at ePress-online.

Joan's love of writing shows in her short stories, articles and her monthly column. She is currently working on a non-fiction book and a fantasy novel and is a member of FWA and EPIC.
